 With our rent‑to‑rent model, you receive a fixed, guaranteed monthly payment for the duration of our agreement—regardless of occupancy or season. Your rent is paid on time, every month, giving you complete peace of mind and predictable income.

We screen all guests, take security deposits, and use smart monitoring tools to ensure respectful use of the property. Any damages are covered through deposits or insurance.

Serviced accommodation requires full furnishing. If needed, we can handle the entire setup for you.

Most properties can be onboarded and guest‑ready within 1–2 weeks, depending on furnishing and compliance checks.
